All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. At this time we are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the US. All orders will leave the studio within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation, then please allow up to 7 days additional time for transit. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
Shipping and insurance fees are paid by the customer. They will be calculated based on the total amount of your order.
If your order totals up to $49.99, Please add $5.20
If your order totals $50.00 - $99.99, Please add $6.75
If your order totals $100.00 - $299.99, Please add $7.95
If your order totals $300.00 or more Shipping is FREE!

To make payment as simple and secure as possible we use PayPal to process all major credit cards and e-Checks. A PayPal account will not be required to pay by credit card. We also accept money orders or certified checks. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or cashiers checks. You can contact me via phone about your order, Monday thru Friday- 8am - 7pm. Sales Tax-
Rustic Urbanity charges sales tax to all orders shipped within the State Of Wisconsin.
Returns-
Jewelry may be exchanged for in store CREDIT ONLY within 15 days of purchase. Sale items and custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Merchandise must be returned at buyers expense, in unused and original condition. Refund for merchandise only. Any and all shipping expenses are buyers responsibility.

At Rustic Urbanity we take great pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. All items are guaranteed free from defects in craftsmanship and materials upon shipping. Should jewelry fail due to negligence on our part Rustic Urbanity will repair or replace the item at no additional cost to you. Rustic Urbanity reserves the right to inspect any item to determine whether failure is due to defect or other causes not covered by this guarantee, such as normal wear and tear or breakage.
